With over eight years of experience coaching executives, senior leaders, and teams, I bridge inner development, beliefs, and self-awareness with outer leadership impact. My approach draws on Enterprise Coaching, System Coaching, and insights from neuroscience, helping clients see their organizations as living systems where every voice matters and relationships drive results.
